Healthy body which equals a healthy reproductive system which equals a healthy baby.
Taking at least four months to prepare your body is the greatest gift you can give your child.
Why take this time? Sperm takes 70-90 days to fully mature and even though a woman is born with all her eggs, it takes 120 days for the egg to mature to ovulation. The health of your ovum (eggs) and sperm are a reflection of the health of your body at this time. Four out of ten pregnancies are unplanned and by the time the mother is aware of the pregnancy and decides to change her lifestyle the foetus has already undergone a phenomenal rate of growth.
